Welcome! This page contains details about my teaching and research in the Department of Mathematics at Hope College in Holland, Michigan. This semester I am teaching Math 210: Introductory Statistics and GEMS 105: The Nature of Mathematics.

I have been and am currently involved in curriculum development. I have coauthored two precalculus textbooks and one general education mathematics textbook. Currently I am working on a geometry text for general education students and an introductory statistics text.
